Orders will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the day of your order, but typically only takes 3 to 5 business days. We will provide you with a tracking a number once generated. If you do not receive a tracking number, please send an email to info@heartofagoddess.com.
Shipping will occur Monday through Thursday.
Items are shipped via Unites States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).
During summer months, please keep track of your shipment to ensure that it is not sitting in the heat for long periods of time.
We are not responsible for melted candles and/or body butters. In the event that your candle/body butter does melt, allow it to cool and solidify completely before use.
